From 5:30p.m. to 10:00p.m.

 

The Clubhouse and bar will open at 5:30p.m. and dinner will be served promptly at 6:30p.m.

 

Menu

 

Japanese Kabocha Squash Soup

 

Warm Mushroom Spinach Salad with chopped eggs, bacon and Balsamic Dressing

 

For the main course, a choice of

 

Braised Veal Shank Osso Bucco over Soft Polenta

Or

Sous Vide Salmon over Cauliflower Puree and Red Bean Salad.

 

Vegetarian option is Garlic Mushroom Risotto

 

Dessert

Cheesecake with Strawberry Sauce.
