What has 9.98 million square kilometers, 202,080 kilometers of coastline (the world’s longest),  the world’s largest freshwater lake, and is almost one hundred and fifty years old? That was too easy, wasn’t it? I’ll try again - citizens of what country invented basketball, insulin, the Robertson screw, and the telephone? You answered that right too, didn’t you? Okay, I think I get it - a 150th birthday isn’t time to be serious, it’s time to have serious fun. On June 29th find some red and white to wear and come to KYC and start the celebration!  The weather looks good, the club will be decked out in red and white, Chef Ed and the Nelly’s crew have a scrumptious meal planned for us and, oh yes, you just might want to find out which Canadian province built the world’s first UFO landing pad (there will be a quiz).
 
The cost is $17.50 per person, cash payable to the caterer.
